1/31 recap: Penn(3x) -3' loss@ Brown. Penn shot well enough to win and had a 4 point lead with under 10 seconds left when Brown missed a 3 pointer. Brown garnered rebound and laid it in to be down 2 points with 3 seconds left. On putback, Brown was fouled. Shooter missed FT on purpose, Brown retrieved missed and hit desperation shot at buzzer forcing OT. Brown won game outright in OT. Not quite a true bad beat but pretty damn close. Still, my forecast was inaccurate and the powers to be would not let me cash with a poor assesment. Still believe Penn will rise to top and value may be had.

May have a play or two later as I'm leaning to Maryland, Neb/Okla under, Manhattan.

Today: Neb(1x) -4 vs Oklahoma. Nebraska superior in all major categories(fg% off & def, rebounding, FT%) by wide margain. HC,Collier, has brought Huskers along to point of beating Sooners at home this year. I look for young Sooner backcourt to struggle on road against program hungry for a win against foe in a long time.
